Classic Kaunas Tour on foot

As all the main sights of Kaunas architecture and history are situated in pedestrian zones, this tour will present You with an opportunity to discover them while enjoying a leisury walk. During the tour You will walk through the pedestrian Vilnius street and Alley of Liberty enjoying the unique monuments of Kaunas history, dating back to different historic periods as well as visit M. K. Čiurlionis Art Gallery or another museum of Your choice.

You will see and learn about: Kaunas Castle, St. George Church and Bernadine monastery, Bernadine nuns’ monastery, old market square (now – City Hall square), City Hall, Post station, dating back to XIX century, Vytautas the Great Church, House of Thunder and St. Peter and Paul’s Cathedral Basilica, Presidential Palace, Central Bank and the Unity Square.  Visit to M. K. Čiurlionis Art Gallery or another museum.
